Yes he has been resting for a while because there's no work,  there's no seed to plant,  there's no crop to harvest, he has just being resting under that juniper tree, he was willing to work but the unavailability of the seed made him idle, whereas he is filled with hope of getting seeds to plant, then he remembered that he has unlimited access to getting seeds to plant, and he went for it... This made him useful, oh... He has a lot to do... Oh he is now fixed, oh it is time to go for it, The availability of the seed calls for the usefulness of the the sower..there are lives untouched...
