Success is the attainment of wealth, favor or eminence, favorable or desired outcome. A man is successful when everything turns out well. Believers don’t fail because Christ never fails, He is always successful and since we are Christ like, we exhibit His nature also. (Heb 13:5).
Believers prosper in all they do (Psalm 1:3).when you believe in God, the fruits (results) we bear will be good and will glorify God. To achieve anything worthwhile, we must realize and acknowledge what we have and who we are in Christ. (Philemon 6)
Real success come only to believers as our efforts will stand the test of time. (1Cor 3) However, sometimes, it seems like unbelievers are successful or wicked acts does indeed bring success. We may know those that cheated to pass a course or a person who ignores his family's commitments and mistreats his workers but gets ahead in business. Is this not success??? These apparent successes are only temporary. In the long run, evil behavior does not lead to success; it only leads to more evil. Real success maintains personal integrity. If you are not a success by God's standards, you have not achieved true success.
How then can you be successful????
Trust God (I pet 4:19)... (Prov 3:5-6)...Even when it seems like things are not going the way you planned it, always trust in Him that created you for He will never fail you and He will always stand by His word.
Plans go wrong for lack of advice (Prov 15:22).
Surround yourself with people of same mindset with you, people who are optimistic and sees an opportunity in every challenge. Express yourself to people who can help you achieve your goal, share your experience with them. Mind you only a believer can give you the best advise...(psalm 1) (Prov 19:20) Get advice and instruction so you will be wise the rest of your life, Get advice from people who know God, those that seek to know Him more and those that are always pressing on.
Learn to express yourself to people that has the same vision as you have. Share your experience with them.
Learn also from your errors and mistakes. Failure is to build you up. There is an opportunity in every failure for those that have insight. There is no crime in failure but it is bad when you fail and you don’t press on! Remember when the righteous falls, he will rise again.
Focus on your goal. Determination is important and necessary for a man who has vision. When you make success a priority, you will definitely achieve it. Then, learn to make sacrifice, do not be too used to your comfort zone!
There is a clear cut difference between our academics, business and spiritual life...you don't read your bible to pass chemistry or become a successful business man...read your books as well as get business books but remember key decisions can only be made by the leading of the Holy Spirit.... Rom 8:14
We have an upper hand as believers because we have a counselor that guides us through it all
IF YOU WANT DESPAIR, SPEND TIME WITH MOCKING SINNERS BUT IF YOU WANT GOD'S BLESSING, MAKE FRIENDS WITH THOSE WHO LOVE GOD AND HIS WORD.............
